Covid-19 Travel Update

At St. Jane, the health and safety of our guests and team members is our top priority. Although travel nowadays may look and feel different, rest assured we are committed to the highest level of safety as we navigate our reopening.

Safe Stay Initiatives

In order to guarantee both a safe and memorable experience, our team has heightened its commitment to sanitization– in both our guest rooms and public spaces. In addition, we are ensuring our team members have been trained on the most up to date protocols and guidance established by the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local government authorities. We are confident our hotel is and will be a safe place to stay.

  • Enhanced and thorough cleaning protocols will be implemented in guest rooms. Staff will not enter guest rooms after they have been cleaned (unless requested) . During this time the room, linens, and all touch points such as; faucets, door handles, light switches, thermostats, TV remotes, clocks, hangers, etc. will be cleaned with disinfection products approved for use against the virus that causes COVID-19.
  • Non-essential items such as decorative pillows, bed scarves, paper notepads and pens will be removed from guest rooms.
  • Hotel employees will follow strict guidelines, including utilizing Personal Protective Equipment, frequent and stringent hand-washing protocols, staff will wear both gloves and a mask.
  • Employees will be empowered to stay home if unwell, communicate their potential exposure to COVID-19 with management, and will be fully educated on how to maintain a safe and clean home.
  • Hand sanitizer or wipes will be provided for guests and employees in all public areas. Along with timely scheduled Electrostatic Fogging sanitizing in these areas.
  • Government recommended social distancing signage will be present in all public areas.
  • Strict and new enhanced food guidelines in our restaurants and meeting spaces have been implemented.
  • We have a response team ready available around the clock for our guest and team.
  • Guest screenings will be present to check temperature and general guest health.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel by 3:00 PM Central Standard Time at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night(s) cancel penalty charge.

Please note: this policy applies to reservations made through St. Jane Hotel directly. Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies and for assistance. These policies do not apply to convention and group business due to the contractual nature of these reservations.
